FESA USA Mission

FESA USA promotes youth development in the United States and in El Salvador through fostering academic, morals, and athletic leadership in young individuals. FESA USA is committed to helping individuals become leaders, athletes, and successful individuals in their communities by increasing awareness about the importance of their individual contribution to the society.

To be the public charity that provides a model for the integral formation of the youth using principles that involve intellectual, athletic and human values. We thrive for the development of self-confidence, self-control, character, respect for others and leadership skills that could help kids and teens to build a better future for themselves and improve their quality of life.

1. Increase awareness and support among the business communities to help the youth to succeed.

 

2. Facilitate avenues in the US for FESA graduates from El Salvador to continue their educational and athletic development, particularly through relationships with universities, athletic organizations and professional leagues

 

3. Support and carry out initiatives in the US that contribute to the development of the youth.
