ADOPT A PLAYER PROGRAM LAUNCHED

 

Program name: Adopt A Player

Objective: Support sport and curricular activities of young players in El Salvador.

Goal: Each FESA student will have a maximum amount of 20 sponsors to reach $10,000. This amount represents normal expenditures for each student: training, school, supplies, clothing, food. This amount does NOT include tournament fees.

How it works: Sponsor selects a FESA student (s) who wants to support.

TWO YOUNG SOCCER PLAYERS FROM EL SALVADOR TO PLAY IN USA

 

During FESA’s recent visit to Houston, Gilbert Barahona, a talented mid-fielder was selected to participate in Division I soccer team, San Jacinto College, in Houston.

Another talented teen, Nelson Barrios will be part of the U-16 Houston Academy team. Nelson is a promising midfield player who will receive a scholarship from a local high school.

With these two players, FESA is proud to annouce its achievements so far as follows:

· Nine players will play at international level: 4 in Spain (Sevilla and Cadiz), 3 in Argentina and 2 in USA. En España.
· Three players at 1st Division in El Salvador league (Chalatenango, Metapan and Nejapa).
· 10 players in 2nd division and five more in third division.

Congratulations to these FESA students. This month they start their individual journey in a successful life.

 
 
 

FESA WIN FOUR MATCHES AGAINST HOUSTON DYNAMO ACADEMY

 

FESA U18 team was invited by the youth Academy of Houston Dynamo. The first game was held before the Houston vs. Atlante match for the SuperLiga Cup. FESA's U18 team beat 1-0 Houston Dynamo’s team.

 

During the half time, FESA team was cheered by hundreds of Salvadorians that visited the Robertson Stadium.

 

Then, in a recent visit to El Salvador, Houston Dynamo challenged again our teams from FESA. FESA U15 team won three games 5-0, 4-2 and 2-1 against Houston Dynamo.

 

We are so pleased with the gratitude shown by our FESA students with Dynamo's youngters for visting our country. We sure gave the Dynamo's the best impression about El Salvador.

 
 

FESA USA

ANNOUNCED IN EL SALVADOR

 

FESA USA was officially launched in El Salvador. As a non-profit organization, FESA USA will concentrate its efforts to promote the integral development of athletically-talented youths by providing an academic, personal and athletic formation.

 

 

FESA USA will start fundraising activities to support Academic, Leadership and Athletic programs led by FESA El Salvador to improve the quality of life of El Salvador’s youth.

 

FESA USA's fundraising campaigns include:

- FESA Friends

- Corporate and Individual Sponsorships.

Olivier Alonso Ayala “A Life With Sacrifices”

I am Olivier Alonso Ayala Tobias. I am 14 years old and sixth grade in FESA. I was selected as the Student of the Month first because God helped me to obtain excellent results in my tests and due my sacrifice in doing my homework and academic activities. God also blessed me with the recovery from a sport injury. After that I was promoted from fifth to sixth grade. I believe I owe everything to God and to all people who organize activities that foster our integral formation.
